What are relief prints?
Relief printing is a printmaking technique where an image is created by carving away parts of a surface, leaving the uncarved areas to be inked and pressed onto paper.
What I find special about this medium is the handmade process. The outcome of each is slightly different, creating anticipation of the finished product.
During this time of automation and artificiality,
I find the imperfections and uncertainty of printmaking a charming attribute of the medium.

I am an artist based in Rochester, Minnesota.
I believe everyone is born a creator, born with a unique message. Personally, art is a way of life. It allows me to express, connect, and manage my world.
My work is often inspired by universal spiritual and natural themes of our intricate connection to this planet and one another.
Bright, colorful, and saturated colors are often themes in my work.
By sharing pieces of my world, I hope to illuminate the magic that exists in this universe and the light that lives within us all.
